The 17-story, concrete-frame structure contains 390 hotel rooms topped by 8 floors of 48 luxury condominiums. The $11,200,000 project included all amenities, lobbies, ball room, meeting rooms, full-service restaurant and kitchens, pool area and private dining club. NCE companies provided interior and exterior finishes including exterior structural metal stud framing, lath and stucco, EIFS, ornamental fiberglass shapes and trims, gypsum drywall systems, shaftwall systems, building insulation and acoustical ceilings. The project was staffed with an on-site management team including a senior project manager, project superintendent and multiple foremen to oversee and direct a crew exceeding 20 hourly tradesmen and multiple subcontractors. The work was completed in 14 months. |

The $8,000,000 project included the interior building renovation of 897 guest rooms, suites, corridors and guest room lobbies of 5 lodge buildings and the guest room areas of the main building. The work included FF&E liquidation and installation, demolition, gympsum wallboard, marble tile, carpet, painting, wall covering, toilet accessories, plumbing piping and fixtures, general electrical and interior lighting fixtures and minor improvements to the HVAC system. Coordination and scheduling of Owner, subcontractors and all other work necessary to provide a complete, in place and fully functional renovation. |
