Additionally, we replaced another general contractor to complete the construction of a 5-star restaurant for the world renowned Chef Alain Ducasse. |

This $13,000,000 project consisted of the complete renovation of the lobby, concierge lounge, 646 rooms and suites, all of the public elevators, and the conversion of the basement and sub-basement into offices and banquet/meeting rooms. This project was unique in that the only way materials could get to the lower levels was through a 4’x8’ opening which had to be cut in the sidewalk along 48th street. |
