The $3,500,000 project includes the complete renovation of atrium, lobby, courtyard and reception areas. Fabric sound panels from top to bottom and high-end finishes throughout. Included specialty lighting and construction necessary to the top of the atrium. In order to maintain the appearance of the hotel, an intricate scaffolding system and lifts were required. Also consisted of cutting a trellis-enclosed exterior walkway through the ballroom and adding a new entry into the renovated restaurant and courtyard. |
